1. What type of products do you sell?
We specialize in pre-owned and new iPhones. Devices are graded, tested, and guaranteed to be unlocked and functional unless otherwise noted.
2. Who can buy from you?
We sell exclusively to businesses, resellers, and distributors. You must meet our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and provide business verification if requested.
3. What’s the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We typically require a minimum purchase of $5,000 USD. For better pricing tiers, a higher volume (e.g., $10,000+) is recommended.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfers, cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC), and credit/debit card payments via Stripe and PayPal (processing fees apply).
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days from El Paso, TX, after full payment confirmation.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can coordinate shipments within the U.S., to Mexico, and internationally. Customers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes.
7. Can I use my own shipping company or freight forwarder?
Yes. You're free to use your preferred carrier or forwarder. We can also help arrange logistics at your request (fees may apply).
8. Do you provide IMEIs before shipping?
Due to operational reasons, we cannot guarantee the IMEIs will be provided prior to shipment.
9. What if a device is defective?
You must report any functional issues within 15 calendar days of delivery with proper documentation. We’ll evaluate the claim and may offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund.
10. Can I pay with a credit card if I don’t have all the cash?
Yes. We accept Stripe and PayPal payments, which can be made using a credit card. Please note that transaction fees apply.
11. Do you offer trial orders?
Yes. For new clients, we can discuss a one-time small trial order (case-by-case). Contact us to evaluate eligibility.
