Returns & Warranty Policy – Stratos Innovations LLC

At Stratos Innovations LLC, we prioritize trust and quality in every transaction. This document outlines our policy regarding returns and warranty coverage for wholesale orders.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the wholesale electronics industry, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect model or quantity ordered

  • Cosmetic condition disputes unless significantly different from agreed grade

Please review invoices and order confirmations carefully before submitting payment.

2. Functional Guarantee

Each device is tested for core functionality prior to shipment. This includes:

  • Power on

  • Touchscreen functionality

  • Camera, microphone, speaker, and charging port check

  • Network and unlock status verification (as applicable)

Devices sold as "New" or "Pre-Owned" are guaranteed to be functional as described.

3. Reporting a Problem

If a device is found to have a functional issue upon arrival, the buyer must:

  • Report the issue in writing within 15 calendar days of confirmed delivery

  • Include the device’s IMEI, a brief description of the issue, and visual/video proof

  • Submit all claims via email or WhatsApp

Claims submitted after the 15-day period will not be eligible for review.

4. Resolution Process

Once the claim is reviewed and accepted, Stratos Innovations may offer at its discretion:

  • Replacement device (if inventory allows)

  • Credit note toward future purchases

  • Partial refund for the affected unit

No refunds or credits will be issued without prior approval. Buyers must not ship back any product without written authorization.

5. Exclusions

The following cases are not covered under our warranty:

  • Devices reported after the 15-day window

  • Devices physically damaged after delivery

  • Software issues or failed updates due to user modification

  • Cosmetic issues aligned with agreed grade level
