At Stratos Innovations, we believe in full transparency — no surprises. Every device we sell is carefully inspected and graded so you know exactly what to expect. Our grading system helps you make informed decisions based on cosmetic condition, while always ensuring 100% functionality.

We don’t sell refurbished phones — only original, pre-owned devices with verified components and clean IMEIs.

Grade A – Excellent Condition
• Minimal to no visible wear
• No scratches on the screen or body
• Looks nearly brand new
• Perfect for retail resale or high-end clients

Grade B+ – Very Good Condition
• Light signs of use
• Minor micro-scratches visible under light
• Great balance between price and appearance

Grade B – Good Condition
• Noticeable signs of use
• May have small scratches or scuffs
• Still looks good in a case and works perfectly

Grade C – Acceptable Condition
• Heavy cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, or chips)
• Ideal for budget buyers or repair shops
• 100% functional but not recommended for resale as premium
